RETURN POLICY
We understand there are many possible reasons shoppers need to return merchandise and require a refund. Therefore, should you need to return your patches, please call our Customer Service so we can ensure the return/refund is conducted as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following conditions as they apply in most cases, but not all. For example, if you receive patches with manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or just poor quality, we will happily refund the amount due upon receipt of the returned patches.
• Returns should be made in less then 20 days from the time of purchase.
• Returned patches must be unused.
• Return freight cost and insurance is the returnee's responsibility.
• Refunds will be made as a credit to the returnee's account.
